APRIL 10: FEAST & FUN OLDER ADULT EVENT - The Church of God Ministries is excited to announce Feast & Fun, an exciting meal and entertainment event for older adults. This Feast & Fun will be held at the beautiful Amish Acres in Nappanee, Indiana, at noon on Thursday, April 10, 2008. Amish Acres, located in northern Indiana, is known for outstanding food. The banquet will include all the fixings served family style, including: Beef and chicken, thick ham-and-bean soup, Amish fresh-baked bread with butter or locally made apple butter, Sweet-and-sour cabbage salad, green beans with smoked side meat, beef and noodles, mashed potatoes, bread dressing and giblet gravy, dessert (including fresh pie), beverages.
In addition, there will be a fun-filled program that older adults will enjoy! It’s going to be a great day of coming together as the Church of God. People can meet new friends from other churches or become reacquainted with old friends, all while Church of God Ministries provides a great event. The cost for the meal and program is $18 if you register before March 15, 2008. After March 15, the cost is $20. This is a great price for wonderful food (including dessert and tip), but it also covers the cost of the program. Additional registration information will be coming soon, but mark your calendar! JUNE 27-29: Michigan Balloonfest Challenge. We are looking for volunteers for parking. This will go to help raise money for the youth in our church. If interested please go to the "Contact Us" page and send an email, using the Balloonfest subject.

JULY 25-26 Father & Son Canoe Trip - We will have a special speaker on Friday night. Saturday will be the canoe trip. Cost is $25 for the first 2 people in the canoe, you may have a third person in the canoe for an additional $10. People are welcome to join us to camp out on Saturday night.
